Terms & Conditions

All pupils must be in possession of a signed U.K. provisional Driving Licence for Group ‘B’ Cars on commencement of the training.

INSURANCE:
All fees include pupil cover whilst driving my training vehicle, (provided the pupil is licensed to drive). And is accompanied by, or under the direction of a Driving Standards Agency A.D.I / P.D.I (Car) or on a Driving Test with an approved DSA Examiner(s).

PAYMENTS:
Driving lessons will only be confirmed as booked once payment is received. Payment for the driving lessons must be made in advance (recommend a minimum of 7 days in advance of the driving lesson) and can be made either by cash, or by bank transfer. Intensive driving courses are subject to the tuition fee being received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to course.

APPOINTMENTS:
While every care will be taken to ensure pupils receive training at the requested time, all bookings are made on the understanding that Steve Hull is not responsible for the postponement of training due to traffic conditions, adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown of equipment or any other cause outside of our control.
A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given in the event of changing or cancelling driving lessons. Late notification will be charged at the standard lesson rate.
If in the professional opinion of Steve Hull, the pupil is unfit to carry out the lesson safely, due to self-induced circumstances (e.g. alcohol or drugs), the driving lesson will not go ahead but will still be charged for.

COURSEWORK PAPERS ETC:
All question papers, handouts, books, C.D. ROM’s and relevant materials remain the property of Steve Hull. (If not returned on request, a fee will be charged).

THE DRIVING TEST:
Steve Hull reserves the right to refuse the use of the training vehicle for use in the driving test if in his professional opinion the pupil is not at the required standard. Steve Hull cannot be held responsible for test appointments being postponed or cancelled by the Driving Standards Agency.

PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Steve Hull accepts no liability for personal property that is left in any training vehicle.
